Program Details
To support the professional development of AKTU students, we propose a Free Industrial Training with Placement Assistance Program in collaboration with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. This initiative is designed for final-year MCA students under the MoU signed between Softpro India and AKTU. The program aims to provide hands-on industry exposure, training in the latest technologies, and practical applications of theoretical knowledge.

How To Apply
About the Program
- Duration: The Free Industrial Training with Placement Assistance Program will span over 06 months, commencing from January 2025 and concluding by May 2025, to align with the last semester of the college.

Eligibility Criteria:
- The internship is open to final year students enrolled in the MCA program.
- Students must have a minimum percentage of 50% in their last semester to be eligible to apply for free internship test.
- Good communication skills and a strong passion for technology are desirable attributes

Online/Offline Pre-Placement Talk:
- Softpro India will organize an introductory session to familiarize the students with the company's vision, mission, culture, and the scope of the internship program. This session will serve as an opportunity for students to interact with representatives from Softpro India and gain insights into the expectations and deliverables of the internship.

Assessment:
- To get the free internship program, Softpro Team will conduct an online/offline MCQ test for the participating students after the pre-placement talk to assess their knowledge, skills, and suitability for potential sponsorship opportunities within the company at college premises or in online mode.
- Those students who will be selected in the test will give an offline interview.
- The students scoring above cut off marks will be offered free internship with placement assistance.

The internship opportunity is open to final-year MCA Students must have secured at least 50% marks in their last semester to qualify for the free internship test. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for technology will be given preference. This program aims to provide valuable industry exposure and hands-on experience. Internship Session

Offline Sessions: The internship will commence with intensive training sessions covering a wide array of topics including but not limited to:
- Programming languages such as Java, Python, PHP, C# etc.
- Web development frameworks like Django, Spring, Laravel, AngularJS, React, etc.
- Database management systems and data analytics tools.
- Emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things, etc.
- Project Work: Following the training period, interns will be assigned to real-world projects under the guidance and mentorship of experienced professionals from Softpro India. This hands-on experience will enable students to apply theoretical concepts in practical scenarios, thereby honing their problem-solving skills and enhancing their technical proficiency.
- Evaluation and Certification: At the conclusion of the internship, students will undergo an assessment to evaluate their performance and proficiency gained during the program. Upon successful completion, participants will receive certificates acknowledging their accomplishments during the internship.
- Placement Opportunity: After the successful completion of Industrial Internship, Softpro will be organizing 05 Placement Drives for each of the students.
